Anastasia P. Winslow has more than 15 years of experience assisting clients with a broad range of intellectual practice needs, including patent preparation and prosecution, patent portfolio management, freedom-to-operate and patentability opinions, and analysis of patent license agreements
Anastasia has extensive worldwide portfolio management and patent prosecution experience. Anastasia practiced patent law in-house with Bristol Myers Squibb for twelve years. As Assistant General Counsel, she managed the company’s global patent portfolios and engaged in strategic decision-making in aligning intellectual property and business goals.
Anastasia also served for more than eight years as an adjunct professor at the Seton Hall University School of Law where she taught courses in patent law, patent claim drafting, and copyright law.
In addition to her patent experience, Anastasia has more than a decade of experience in handling litigation and appeals in other practice areas and argued scores of appeals before the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division. Her experience imparts a litigation perspective to her patent preparation and prosecution work and the long-term business risks and benefits arising from complex, patent portfolio management.
